Materials, using a certain combination of methods to organically integrate into a unique structure, the overall reinforcement and particle reinforcement combined with a new composite wear-resistant anti-corrosion pipeline. This new type of pipe can effectively utilize the strong corrosion resistance, high wear resistance of the silicon carbide ceramics, and the excellent corrosion resistance of the polymer resin, and the characteristics of the toughness and temperature resistance of the metal material, effectively solving the problem that the traditional single material is resistant. The problems of erosion, wear, etc. cannot be balanced. At present, the new corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant composite pipeline has been successfully applied to hundreds of power plants under the umbrella of five major power companies, such as Huadian International and Guodian Power. As a replacement product for energy-saving and emission reduction of power generation enterprises, it shows excellent economic and social benefits.
